I have worked with RBM Co. since 1994. I have done everything from answering phones, accounting, personnel, clerical and even cleaning. In my role as CEO now I have the pleasure of striving to improve RBM's service and reputation one customer at a time. I am very lucky to have a wonderful support staff that helps make sure that things run smoothly. I am very proud of the service we provide to our customers. I strive to make sure that each customer request and concern is resolved as quickly as possible both by my office staff and with regular communication with our night staff.
Sales and Account Manager
I have been with Redwood Building Maintenance Company since 1980. During that time, I have had the pleasure of working with many great people and great companies, large and small. It is my job to design the best value added facility maintenance program possible so that my customers can concentrate on what they do best. The last thing I want them to have to worry about is cleaning issues. Our high quality client list is a direct result of our many years of experience and attention to the needs of our customers.
I have been with Redwood Building Maintenance Co, since 1989. Over the years I have been involved with all levels of service including cleaning, training and inspecting the work of our personnel. Currently, I work closely with RBM area supervisors to ensure that our customers' expectations are being met. In addition, I am involved in scheduling and issuing job assignments. My experience with Redwood has taught me that quality customer service requires ongoing focus and attention to detail.
I have been working with Redwood Building Maintenance Company Since 2007. As the office assistant, I wear many hats. I am the receptionist, in charge of many general clerical duties, and I am an important factor in communication within our office. I am entirely bilingual (Spanish/English) and I enjoy assisting customers with their questions and requests, while making sure the janitors are kept in the loop with the customer's needs. I have learned a great deal about the janitorial business over the years and I really enjoy what I do and the people I work with here at RBM.
Office Assistant and Scheduler
I joined RBM's great team in 2013. I assist the office staff and work closely with our Operations Manager on scheduling. I strive to make sure each customer request and job is completed as quickly as possible. In addition to my clerical duties, I am frequently in contact with our employees to relay customer requests, concerns and compliments. I am really happy to be a part of the RBM staff and look forward to growing professionally with RBM.

Redwood Building Maintenance Co. is commited to providing a safe and clean environment for our customers. In addition, we want to ensure the safety of our employees while performing their duties.
All Redwood Building Maintenance Co. personnel are given initial safety training upon being hired and are required to sign documents of safety rules compliance. After their initial training period, employees are evaluated on their work safety as well as their work at regular intervals.
Included among the training subjects are equipment, chemical, electrical machine safety and container disposal. General safety subjects are also covered, such as use of wet floor signs, safety equipment and lifting techniques.
